Community Announcements

This event raises money for Wellspring and it is a lot of fun. Please come!

The 14th Annual Snow Shoe A Thon will be Saturday Feb 12 Th. at the Vershire
Town Center. Start time is at 10 am.
FAMILY FUN! Join over 200 others aged 2 to 80, as you snowshoe up a 2-mile
course. 1-mile option available. Both courses end at the Mountain School
where students serve up a hearty lunch and host winter carnival games for
children. Invite friends and family for a day of winter fun.
RAISE MONEY FOR A GOOD CAUSE! Proceeds benefit VerShare¹s FREE Summer Camp,
Rivendell School Enhancements and Wellspring Outdoor Programs. No money
required to participate! Snowshoes are available for loan free-of-charge.
You can sponsor yourself or collect pledges OR just show up.
Every child is eligible to receive Snow Angel Pledges. These donations from
community members typically add up to about $25 -per child, so each child
helps the cause by just showing up and if s/he raises $35 that is typically
enough to earn a t-shirt.
